Honda Bulldog concept specs

Well, Honda Bulldog concept is pretty unusual bike. It combines and coquet greatly between modern and classic styles. However, although it feature pretty unique look, there are many similarities that can be found with some other Honda’s models. This concept uses many design solutions from legendary Ruckus model. Some of the most notable visual details are familiar dual headlights, bold roll bars as stock and same seating configuration. It is designed mainly for the urban ride, so its dimensions aren’t too big. It will also feature go-most-anywhere tires that are perfect for various types of conditions.

Same is with engine. The Honda Bulldog concept is equipped with company’s well-known 399 cc liquid cooled, four stroke DOHC inline-two cylinder engine. However, many of experts think that this engine will be used only for Japanese and other Asian markets, because of for lower-tier licenses. On the other side, if this model ever comes into serial production, North American model will probably get bigger and more powerful engine, probably in 500 cc class displacement.

Honda Bulldog expectations and possible serial production

This concept is very fresh. It was presented just recently at Osaka Motor Show in March 20, and also last weekend in Tokyo Motorcycle Show (March 27 to 29). Although it received very good critics both by experts and crowd, it is still early to speculate about eventual release. Honda Bulldog concept may never enter serial production. However, we would love to see this bike on the road in the future.
